Absorption Rate in the Labor Market of UNTL, UNPAZ, UNDIL, DIT, IOB, ISC Graduates Last 5Years 2018-2022) in the Management Area in Timor-Leste

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to analyze the rate of absorption by the labor market of graduates from various higher education institutions in Timor-Leste in the last five years within 2018-2022 in the area of management and to understand the trends, factors that influence employability and alignment with market demands. This approach combines quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods to provide acomprehensive understanding of the rate of absorption of graduates by the labour market.
UNTL survey results in an absorption rate of 75% of employed graduates and 25% unemployed. UNPAZ stands out with a remarkable absorption rate, with 98% of graduates employed and only 2% unemployed. UNDIL also boasts an absorption rate of 89% of employed graduates and 11% unemployed, in line with IOB results. DIT also stands out with an absorption rate with 98% of graduates employed and only 2% unemployed. IOB with 89% of graduates employed and 11% unemployed. ISC has a significantly high absorption rate, with 87% of graduates employed and only 13% unemployed
